Kiamat 2012....??

Assalamualaikum wbt..

 

Kebelakangan ini, sering kita dengar dan lihat banyak article dan video berkenaan 'Hari Kiamat 2012'. Ada yang bersetuju dan ada pula yang membangkang. Bagi yang bersetuju, mereka bertungkus lumus mengkaji al-Quran Karim dan membuat pelbagai kira-kira supaya angka 2012 tertera pada papan mesin kira. Bagus. Memang kita perlu mengkaji al-Quran dan beramal dengannya, bukan sekadar membaca isinya. Bagi yang membangkang, mereka bertungkus lumus mengorek idea dan kata-kata yang kebaboom untuk membalas balik bahan itu. Bagus. Memang kita perlu berfikir dan mengambil logik sesuatu benda sebelum membuta tuli menerima sebarang info yang kurang jelas usulnya.

 

Persoalannya.

Siapakah kita untuk persoalkan bilakah Hari Kiamat akan berlaku?

Bukankah Hari Kiamat itu salah satu perkara yang dirahsiakan Allah?

Manakah yang lebih penting.

Teka-teki tarikh berlakunya Hari Kiamat? 

.atau.

Persediaan diri menghadapi Hari Kiamat?

 

From my oppinion, the date is not important but (hee.. cakap omputih sket) yang perlu diseropong adalah persediaan kita untuk menghadapi tarikh itu. Jika benar Hari Kiamat akan berlaku pada tahun 2012 seperti yang digembar-gemburkan, apakah daya usaha kita untuk memperbanyakkan bekalan untuk dihisab di Hari Akhirat kelak? Jika tidak benar Hari Kiamat akan berlaku pada tahun 2012 seperti yang digembar-gemburkan, apakah alasan itu boleh diterima untuk kita masih bergelak ketawa tanpa sekelumit usaha untuk memperbanyakkan bekalan untuk dihisab di Hari Akhirat kelak? 

 

Hari Kiamat dan mati.

Sebab itulah Allah merahsiakan tarikh Hari Kiamat dan tarikh mati seseorang supaya hambaNya sentiasa dalam keadaan bersedia. Tugas kita adalah bertaubat dan mengextrakan ibadah setiap masa sebagai persediaan untuk menghadapi 'hari rahsia' itu. Apakah yang akan terjadi sekiranya tarikh Hari Kiamat jatuh pada akhir tahun 2010 atau tarikh mati jatuh pada hari esok? Bersediakah kita?

"Mereka (yang ingkar) selalu bertanya kepadamu (wahai Muhammad) tentang hari kiamat: "Bilakah masa datangnya?". Apa hubungannya tugasmu dengan (soal) menerangkan masa kedatangan hari kiamat itu? Kepada Tuhanmu lah terserah kesudahan ilmu mengenainya. Tugasmu hanyalah memberi amaran kepada orang yang takut akan huru-hara hari kiamat itu. (Sangatlah dahsyatnya huru-hara hari itu, sehingga orang-orang yang bersalah merasa) pada masa melihatnya: seolah-olah mereka tidak tinggal di dunia melainkan sekadar satu petang atau paginya sahaja."

CAREER EXPO UKM 2012

Assalamualaikum~

Ekspo Kerjaya UKM 2012 adalah acara yang berlangsung di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) yang dianjurkan oleh Kolej Antarabangsa Ibu Zain. Ekspo Kerjaya ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan peluang kerjaya kepada pelajar dan orang awam untuk membantu mengatasi isu pengangguran dalam kalangan graduan dan negara.

Harini aku nak jiwang-jiwang karat sikit. Hehee.. Asyik serious je kan??

     FYI, I finally found my true LOVE (auww.. weewitt)!! Before this, tak pernah sekali pun dalam hidup aku ada Gewe (buah hati dalam loghat kelantan) ni.. Syok rupanya ada Gewe ni kan?? Sebab tu la kot remaja-remaja sekarang (eh, budak-budak tadika pun.. eh, pakcik-makcik pun!) semua sibuk nak bercinta. Mengasyikkan rupanya.

     Actually aku dah kenal ngan Gewe aku ni dah lama sangat, just selama ni aku  jual mahal je (hotsangat la aku ni konon nyee..). Walaupun kami tak pernah bersua muka (alaa.. macam korang la kenal-kenal kat Facebook pastu jatuh cinta. Tapi case aku lain la), aku tahu Dia setia. Dialah segalanya buat aku sekarang (sambil nyanyi lagu Sheila Majid-Kaulah Segalanya).

TEARS OF GAZA

"if i can stomach 1.5hours watching stupid chickflicks, hantu bonceng yang entahpape tu, or matsalleh movies yang banyak maksiat tu kat movies yang takde benefits at all, why can't i spend that time watching this video?" - i questioned myself. imagine if it was me there, and if my child was killed. nauzubillah.. i admire the kids in this video too. no grudges, no hatred.. want to be a doctor to treat the injured.. *nangis* Ya Allah.. protect them..

so i urge you (yang reading this, thank you btw) to just watch and question yourself; what have you done to help?

this is not just a religious war, this is a fight for human rights!
no one deserves to be kicked out from their houses! no children deserves to be killed the way these children were! no one has the right to use deadly weapons on people who can't protect themselves against it!

the israelis have crossed the line.
we have to get ourselves educated and do something about this. stand up for what's right!

At a glance, this question sounds like provoking a controversy, but the truth is, researchers have always been captivated with the study of women's capability in leadership position.

One way to think about this question further is to look at the quality of women often showcased when they are in a leadership position. Women generally are perceived to be of weaker gender. Once assigned in a leadership position, a woman will try hard to prove this a myth. With this in mind, they are driven to deliver high-impact performance to convince the organization that they can lead, govern, motivate and produce results.

More than half of women believe in working hard. They believe respect should be earned, not commanded; an opposite character of many men out there.

Miranda Priestly in 'Devil Wears Prada' says "Women definitely make good bosses!"

Honesty is also one good quality found in many women. When they appreciate a certain quality of a subordinate, they tell the person.

Additionally, women are generally detail orientated and aggressive when motivating staff. Unlike men, they do not simply delegate jobs without monitoring the capability of their subordinates in task executions. It is more difficult to convince a female boss than a male counterpart that you can do your job, but once the trust is there, working with a woman superior can be a rewarding endeavour.

Women are prone to occasional—and sometimes, regular—emotional swing especially when stress levels are high. But this can be mitigated with the right kind of support from the team.

Women exhibit admirable enterprising attributes when they run a small business. If you work for a small business, there is a one in three likelihood your boss is a woman. They are creative, dynamic and strategic. As the organization gets bigger, women will face much opposition, but there have been examples of those who persevered and made it really big in the corporate world. Do you remember Datuk Maznah Hamid, Malaysia's very own iron lady? She started a very small security company and grew it into a giant corporation with over 4,000 employees.

In Malaysia, currently, women makes up between 47–48 percent of the employment workforce. That is roughly half of the country's overall total workers. Out of this percentage, approximately 15–18 percent is holding various key positions in their organisation. But this statistic is about to change soon.

In mid 2011, the cabinet approved a new policy that would see women filling up at least 30% decision-making positions in the corporate sector. It is another sign of the government realising and appreciating women as a key component to drive the country towards its goals.

So back again to the question: Can a woman make a good boss? The answer is quite obvious. She can, and she will.

I have 3 siblings,the eldest one is my sister,her name is NUR ELUNY,and the youngest one is my brother, AHMAD NUR AFIQ,..My eldest sister is still studying in UITM,she ia currently taking bachelor in science computer and my youngest brother is 4 years younger than i am and he currently studying at MRSM KEPALA BATAS in Penang..Now is the time for me to tell you guys about the very important person in my life,the king and queen in my heart which is my parents..yes my parent is the king and the queen that always stay forever in my heart..My father name is SUHAIMI BIN BUDIN,he is a business man,if you look at my father you will always have the assumption that my father is a serious person but you are wrong!!!hehe,my father actually is really a funny person,he really likes to tell jokes and makes fun of something..but my dad also very firm towards our academic,he really wants us to excel in our academic,that's why i always try my best to make my parents proud..alright let's meet up with the queen of my heart..hehe,which is my mother,her name is AZIZAH BINTI HAJI ABDUL HAMID,she is a soft-hearted women and a very funny mother,she likes to tell jokes and gives us a lot of advise,she so wonderful..She is the one that always made my day..she is a loving mother and a wonderful wife i guess thats why my dad loves her dearly..hehe,she is not just a mother but also a friend and a teacher to us..ohh wait i forget to tell you guys why my blog name is beautifull world.alright i will tell you right now,,it's because our world that ALLAH create is sooo beautiful and a very masterpiece  creation right??
